Its origins date back to the late Middle Ages, but it was burned by the Muslims in the 10th century and King Sancho García commissioned its reconstruction in 1020.

At Casa Urrutia they make a wide variety of traditional pastries: wholemeal cookies and pastries, dietary pastry products, organic products, traditional products such as muffins, Ujué bollicos, Ujué natural cake, natural walnut cake, chocolate delicacies, chocolate cream biscuit , Mantecados, Anise rolls, Basque apple Ujué cake, Natural raisin cake, Orange delicacies, etc. Lunch.

Pagos de Araiz is an impressive winery located on the outskirts of the medieval town of Olite. Visiting the Pagos de Araiz winery is to appreciate and feel the philosophy of Masaveu Bodegas and understand the culture of wine by living an unforgettable experience that combines nature and art. The Royal Palace of Olite is proof of the courtly splendor that the city of Olite lived during the Middle Ages, a historic town located in the Middle Zone of Navarra. Declared a National Monument in 1925, it occupies a third of the medieval urban area and is considered one of the most interesting Gothic civil ensembles in Europe.
