The policyholder of the OVERTRAILS SL Insurance, with Tax Domicile in Tolosa, Samaniego kalea 1 Solairuartea, CIF B02872698 and CIE: 2507 has deposited in the Department of Tourism, Commerce and Consumption of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality of the Basque Government the Surety Insurance of Catalana Occidente SA, with registered office in Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana 4, NIF: A-28119220 for an amount of € 60,000 to respond to the fulfillment of the obligations derived from the provision of its tourist services for combined trips and especially the reimbursement of funds deposited and / or compensation for repatriation expenses in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force at all times and that is specifically applicable to OVERTRAILS SL or any of its trademarks.
